Order Preparation

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Small independent French boutique – each order is carefully prepared.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via:

• La Poste (Lettre Service Plus)

• Colissimo

• Colis Privé

• Mondial Relay

• Chronopost

Estimated Delivery Times

France: 2 to 5 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
Outside the European Union: 7 to 20 business days, excluding customs processing time

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.

Deliveries Outside the European Union and to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)

⚠️ Orders shipped outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Andorra, Norway, Iceland, International destinations) as well as to French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local VAT and/or administrative fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country. When shipping, a customs declaration (CN22 or CN23) is completed in accordance with applicable regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price nor in the shipping fees charged at the time of order.

They remain entirely the responsibility of the customer, who is considered the importer of the goods.

The amount of these taxes depends on the regulations in force in the destination country and cannot be determined in advance. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

In case of refusal to pay taxes or refusal of the parcel, return costs and any administrative fees will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

If a parcel is lost or not received:

• A carrier investigation will be opened

The seller remains responsible until the parcel is effectively delivered.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return (see Terms and Conditions).

Return Conditions

The product must be:

• unused

• complete

• in perfect condition

• in its original packaging

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

Refund within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.

​

The refund includes the initial standard delivery costs.

​

Uncollected Parcels

• If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender:

• the initial shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
