FAQ - INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TAXES
🔹 Will I pay additional taxes if I order from abroad?
If your delivery is destined for a country outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Andorra, Norway, Iceland, International) as well as to the French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM) Customs duties, import taxes, local VAT or administrative fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country may be applied upon arrival of the package.
These fees are determined by the authorities of the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
When sending, a customs declaration (CN22 or CN23) is drawn up in accordance with the regulations in force.
🔹 Why are taxes not included in my order?
Each country applies its own import rules.
These amounts vary depending on the value of the package, the nature of the products, and local regulations.
Therefore, it is not possible to calculate them automatically at the time of payment.
🔹 How do I know how much I'm going to pay?
Before placing your order, we recommend that you consult your country's official customs website to find out about tax thresholds and any applicable import fees.
🔹 What happens if I refuse to pay the taxes?
In case of refusal to pay taxes or refusal of the package, it may be returned to the sender.
Return shipping and administrative fees will then be deducted from the refund.
🔹 Are deliveries to French overseas departments and territories affected?
Yes.
Although part of French territory, the DOM-TOM are subject to specific tax regulations and may apply local taxes such as the octroi de mer.
🔹 Are the processing times longer for international orders?
Yes .
International deliveries may be delayed due to customs checks, beyond our control.
